Shrimp Scampi Skewers and Asparagus (Under 110 calories!)

I wanted a quick dinner the other night.

Preheat the oven to 400°

Put shrimp (raw, peeled) on skewers (or not lol) and put them in a shallow aluminum pan. Cover them in Campbell’s Scampi skillet sauce.


Then tear off a sheet of aluminum foil. Break the tough ends off of asparagus. Lay the asparagus on the foil and pour A LITTLE olive oil on them. Roll the asparagus around in the oil and then season with a little salt and pepper. Cover the foil over asparagus and roll the ends of the foil to make something like a little pouch.

Put both the shrimp and asparagus in the oven for only 10 minutes. Then BOOM dinner is served!




2 skewers of shrimp with sauce :
80 calories
1 cup of asparagus:
30 calories

This was delicious! Great for dinner for the family or quick food for entertaining guests!!
