No-Bake Chewy Cookies and Cream Bars

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

One 16 oz package of Oreo

5 cups Large Marshmallows

4 tablespoons butter

 

 

 

 

Place all the cookies in the food processor or blender and mix until ground.

 

 

Like so.

 

 

Melt the butter and marshmallows into a large bowl until puffed.

 

 

 

 

Working quickly, pour in your ground cookies.

 

 

Mix, mix and mix :)

 

 

You’ll get  a gooey mess….that’s delish!

 

 

Transfer to an 8×8 inch baking pan and let set for about 10 minutes.

 

 

Cut into squares and indulge :)

Fat, Ashes, & Lent…

Hey everybody!
I’m just returning to Atlanta after my fabulous Mardi Gras trip to Louisiana!
I heavily indulged for Fat Monday and Fat Tuesday (I don’t think fat monday is a real thing but I did it LOL!!) But today is Ash Wednesday and I need to give something up for Lent….hmmm
Well I’m just going to go with what I have been doing but horribly failing at….eating right LOL. So I’m giving up all bread, rice and pasta for Lent….I apologize ahead of time for whatever grouchiness this may cause lol!
